چکیده

Abstract In group decision making with social network analysis (SNA), determining the weights of experts and constructing consensus-reaching process (CRP) are hot topics. With respect to generation experts, this paper firstly develops a distributed linguistic trust propagation operator path order weighted averaging (POWA) explore aggregation between indirectly connected can be derived by using relative node in-degree centrality in complete relationship matrix. Then, three levels consensus proposed, which most inconsistent evaluation information decision-making matrices pinpointed. Subsequently, distance experts’ collective is designed applied as adjustment cost CRP. Finally, novel feedback mechanism supported minimum activated until degree reaches predefined threshold. The novelties follows: (1) proposed POWA considers value well efficiency when aggregating SNA; (2) reaching gradually improve continuously adjusting information.

Linguistic Measures Based on Fuzzy Coincidence for Reaching Consensus in Group Decision Making Linguistic Measures Based on Fuzzy Coincidence for Reaching Consensus in Group Decision Making

Assuming a linguistic framework, a model for the consensus reaching problem in heterogeneous group decision making is proposed. This model contains two types of linguistic consensus measures: linguistic consensus degrees and linguistic proximities to guide the consensus reaching process. These measures evaluate the current consensus state in three levels of action: level of the pairs of alterna...

Multiple attribute group decision making with linguistic variables and complete unknown weight information

Interval type-2 fuzzy sets, each of which is characterized by the footprint of uncertainty, are a very useful means to depict the linguistic information in the process of decision making. In this article, we investigate the group decision making problems in which all the linguistic information provided by the decision makers is expressed as interval type-2 fuzzy decision matrices where each of ...

An Interaction Consensus in Group Decision Making Under Distributed Linguistic Trust Information

A theoretical interaction consensus model in group decision making with distributed linguistic trust information is proposed. To do that, the concept of distributed linguists trust function (DLTF) is defined, and then the associated operational laws and aggregation operations are explored. Combing the expectation degree and uncertainty degrees, a ranking method for distributed linguists trust f...
